System76 and HP have officially announced the HP Dev One Linux powered laptop aimed at developers.
Linux-compatible computer and hardware manufacturer System76 and HP are targeting developers and based on Ubuntu. Pop! _OS The HP Dev One Linux-powered laptop, which comes pre-installed with the Linux distribution, is available for pre-order.
Introduced in May, the HP Dev One notebook sets out with the goal of providing a premium notebook for developers of all types who want to work on Linux.

The HP Dev One is powered by an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 PRO processor with AMD Radeon integrated graphics with hardware decoding, support for DirectX12, HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM, 1TB PCIe NVMe M. It has a 2-inch Full HD (14×1920) LED UWWA 1080 nits display.

The laptop also has dual stereo speakers, 2 multi-array microphones, Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2×2) Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, two SuperSpeed USB Type-C ports of 10Gbps, USB Power Delivery and It has DisplayPort 1.4, two 5Gbps SuperSpeed USB Type-A ports (one for charging), headphone/microphone combo, an HDMI 2.0 port, 720p HD camera and a 3-cell, 53 Wh Li-Ion battery.

The HP Dev One also comes with a premium dual-dot backlit and spill-resistant keyboard, gesture-enabled glass touchpad, ambient light and hall sensors, as well as full disk encryption.
